How your agent acts

The agent's controller wallet (registered via ERC-8004) calls act(target, value, memo). The contract checks EVERY rule on-chain — whitelisted target, ≤ max per action, ≤ daily cap, cooldown elapsed, balance > halt floor. Compliant actions automatically become verified Economic Memory entries and feed the Trust Score.
